Baghouse Filter

A fabric filter is a dust collection system based on filtration principles, utilizing organic or inorganic fiber media to capture particulates from gas streams. Dust-laden air enters the central housing through an inlet and passes from the exterior to the interior of the filter bags. While dust is trapped on the outer surface, the cleaned air flows upward into the upper plenum and is finally discharged through the exhaust stack.
Baghouse Filter
Applicable Industries: Iron & steel plants, ferroalloy and refractory plants, foundries, power plants, waste incinerators, coal-fired and fluidized bed boilers; asphalt mixing, building materials, cement, ceramics, lime, and gypsum production sites; flue gas filtration and recovery in aluminum, lead, tin, zinc, copper and other non-ferrous metal smelting; liquid-solid separation and fine material recovery in chemicals, coke, carbon black, dyes, pharmaceuticals, and plastics; dust control and purification in mining, grain processing, flour milling, electronics, and woodworking.

Wet Scrubber

Spray Tower

The working principle of the spray tower (scrubber) is based on gas-liquid contact reaction. Exhaust gases ascend through multiple spray stages. As they pass through the packing media, the gas flows along a tortuous path to maximize contact. Particulates in the exhaust gas react with the counter-current alkaline spray to achieve purification. The top section features a mist eliminator to remove entrained moisture before the treated gas is discharged through the top outlet. The spray tower is corrosion-resistant, offers a long service life, ensures reliable operation, and is easy to maintain.
Spray Tower
Application Industries: Spray towers are widely used for dust and vapor emission control in printing, electroplating, electrolysis, battery manufacturing, non-ferrous metal smelting, and defense industries. They are also ideal for the pretreatment of acid pickling exhaust and other off-gases in chemical processing, acid production, metal smelting, CRT manufacturing, dyeing and finishing, pharmaceuticals, instrumentation, electronics, textiles (synthetic fibers), food processing, plastics, and machinery manufacturing.

RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer)

The RTO system utilizes high-pressure fans to convey Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) exhaust gases for high-temperature oxidation and decomposition. This process generates non-toxic, odorless high-temperature flue gas. The unit employs honeycomb ceramic heat exchange media to recover and store thermal energy from the combustion process, which is then used to preheat incoming exhaust gases, achieving both environmental compliance and high energy efficiency.
High purification efficiency of over 99%; heat recovery efficiency exceeding 95% through waste heat utilization, ensuring significant economic benefits. The system features a compact footprint and multiple safety interlocks to guarantee the secure operation of the RTO unit. It is suitable for VOC concentrations ranging from 2,000 to 8,000 mg/m³.
RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer)
Applicable Industries: Petroleum, chemical, plastics, rubber, pharmaceuticals, printing, pesticides, footwear, and power cable manufacturing. It is ideal for treating VOCs containing benzenes, phenols, aldehydes, ketones, ethers, esters, and other organic compounds.

Zeolite Rotor & CO (Catalytic Oxidizer) Integrated System

The core adsorption media of the Zeolite Rotor Concentration System consists of hydrophobic zeolite molecular sieves and ceramic fibers. It offers superior adsorption performance, high mechanical strength, and excellent thermal stability, overcoming the heat resistance limitations of activated carbon. Its desorption and regeneration capabilities significantly outperform those of activated carbon. Designed for VOC concentrations of 100–3,000 mg/m³, it is ideal for high-volume, low-concentration adsorption and serves as an effective pretreatment for multi-component VOC catalytic oxidation or high-value solvent recovery.
Zeolite Rotor & CO (Catalytic Oxidizer) Integrated System
Applicable Industries: VOC abatement in semiconductor, optoelectronics, textile dyeing, pharmaceuticals, odor control for municipal wastewater treatment plants, printing, packaging, coatings, automotive painting, and electronics industries.

Activated carbon adsorption + CO integrated machine

The adsorption-desorption & catalytic combustion system utilizes activated carbon for adsorption and concentration. Facilitated by a catalyst, organic exhaust gases undergo flameless combustion at low light-off temperatures, oxidizing into CO_2 and H_2O. This process effectively removes hazardous pollutants, releases significant thermal energy, and regenerates the activated carbon through thermal desorption for reuse.
Activated carbon adsorption + CO integrated machine
Applicable Industries: Coatings, electronics, printing, rubber plants, furniture manufacturing, and chemical workshops, used for purifying hazardous exhaust gases and odor control. It is ideal for low-concentration VOCs (≤300 mg/m³), particularly in facilities requiring large air volume treatment, providing significant economic and environmental benefits.
